FULL DESCRIPTION
Director of Demand Generation
The Director of Demand Generation will lead inbound revenue and marketing-sourced pipeline performance. This senior, hands-on role requires a data-minded individual to build on existing success, optimize resource allocation, and experiment with new activities to attract customers.
Overview
With 12+ years of loyalty innovation working with 10,000+ brands, we help Shopify stores move beyond generic loyalty programs. With LoyaltyLion, brands create unique experiences that drive repeat purchases, influence customer behavior, and increase profitability across every channel, location, and market.
About the market opportunity
The global loyalty management market is experiencing significant growth, expected to climb from $15.19 B (2025) to over $41 B by 2032 (CAGR ~15.3%). Much of that is greenfield, with Gartner predicting that 1 in 3 businesses without a loyalty program will establish one by 2027. That’s matched by consumer demand, with 59% of consumers saying they’re more likely to sign up to a loyalty program today than they were 12 months ago.
More and more, merchants are prioritising existing customer relationships to drive their most profitable sales channel. Many of the world’s largest brands (McDonalds, Urban Outfitters etc) have already adopted loyalty programs to help drive their growth. As the industry shifts toward loyalty programs, we are well positioned to lead the market.
