[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are looking for Mechanical Fitters for our client based on the South side of Glasgow. Our client is a global and highly respected manufacturing company that will take your skills and take you to the next level. This is a permanent role and you will be joining a highly experienced team.

- Ability to work to assemble and testing
The Job:
*Mechanical Fitter:*
- Working on Original Equipment and Aftermarket Orders
- Installation, commissioning, testing and dismantling of pumps and ancillary equipment
- Carrying out operations tests by controlling various aspects of the test parameters including temperature and pressures within acceptable limits
- Hydro, performance, noise and vibration testing
- Self inspection and completing paperwork and applicable checklists as required
My client can be flexible on shifts, you can work:
- Dayshift Only – 37 hours
- Dayshift Only – 4 x 12 hour shifts
- Nightshift Only – 4 x 12 hour shifts – 48 hours
- Days/Nights – usually 2 weeks days/2 weeks nights – 4 x 12 hour shifts – 48 hours
The Start:
Immediately and Permanent
The Hours:
Dayshift only: Mon-Thurs, 8am-4.30pm, Fri 8am-11.45am
Nightshift only: 6.30pm-6.30am, Mon-Thurs
Shifts Days/Nights: 6.30am-6.30pm/6.30pm-6.30am
The Pay:
£35350 per annum (£18.37/hr) on Dayshift only
£57900 per annum (23.20/hr) on Dayshift 4 x 12 hour shifts
£67550 per annum (£27.06/hr) on Nightshift only – 4 x 12 hour shifts
£62725 per annum £25.13/hr) on Dayshift/Nightshift pattern – 4 x 12 hour shifts
