ABM Lead
SKILLS
FULL DESCRIPTION
ABM Lead
We’re currently recruiting for a high-growth, Series A Fintech who have developed a proprietary platform that is dismantling the traditional model in a massive, multi-billion pound procurement sector. By creating a direct link between enterprise buyers and primary producers, they have removed the markups and opacity that have defined their industry for decades. They are now at a critical scaling point and need a commercial heavyweight to own their Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Sales Enablement strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Deal Progression: Own the end-to-end commercial positioning for high-value accounts, diagnosing why deals stall and delivering the "unblockers" needed to close.
- Systems Architecture: You aren't here to do one-off tasks. You will build the repeatable ABM frameworks, playbooks, and automated workflows that allow the commercial team to scale.
- Commercial Narrative: Translate technical product complexity and regulatory nuances into account-specific value propositions that drive urgency.
- AI-Driven Impact: Use and implement AI tools to automate discovery, mapping, and asset creation, ensuring you spend your time on high-leverage strategy rather than "bespoke content debt."
- Stakeholder Authority: You will have the mandate to define ABM priorities and push back on requests that don't materially accelerate revenue.
Who You Are
- The Strategist: You have a background in ABM, Enterprise Sales Enablement, or Commercial Strategy within a complex B2B SaaS or FinTech environment.
- The Architect: You have a "systems mindset"—you naturally look for ways to turn successful one-offs into repeatable, scalable processes.
- The Translator: You can take a complex, data-heavy product and make it sound simple, trustworthy, and commercially essential.
- The Tech-Forward Marketer: You are an early adopter of AI and automation tools to scale your own impact and output.
Location & Workplace Policy
- Central London
- Remote first, flexible working hours and no internal meetings on Friday afternoons
Salary & Benefits
- £65,000 per annum plus share options
- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (which you can swap for more meaningful days if you wish) plus your birthday off, pension, £1,200 per year for your remote set-up, £150 per month for wellbeing
