Job description

We are supporting one of the UK’s fastest-growing D2C entertainment brands, creating viral, culture-led products designed to bring people together. The business operates at high speed, with a strong performance mindset and a relentless focus on winning on-platform across global marketplaces.

Responsibilities

  • Own Amazon account performance at a SKU level, driving growth across traffic, conversion, and profitability
  • Lead Amazon PPC strategy and execution, managing full-funnel campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Video, and DSP
  • Drive trade levers beyond PPC, including pricing, deals, SEO, A+ content, and creative optimisation
  • Build and own a structured experimentation roadmap across PPC, keywords, bidding strategies, and on-platform merchandising
  • Monitor keyword rankings, SQP, AMC, and SKU-level performance data on a daily basis
  • Manage sponsored video creation and testing to maximise CTR and conversion
  • Execute product launches, deal events, and peak trading periods, including Q4
  • Conduct competitor and category analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Clearly communicate insights, performance updates, and recommendations to stakeholders

What They’re Looking For

  • Strong technical Amazon PPC experience, with hands-on ownership of complex campaign structures
  • Experience managing Amazon accounts across multiple geographies, including the EU
  • Background working with seasonal or peak-driven brands, with proven Q4 execution experience
  • Highly data-driven mindset, comfortable working with SQP, AMC, and PPC tools
  • A natural tester and optimiser who forms hypotheses and iterates quickly
  • Solid understanding of on-platform levers beyond PPC, including SEO, pricing, deals, and creative
  • Clear, confident communicator able to explain the rationale behind decisions
  • Demonstrable use of AI to drive efficiency, insight, or performance improvements
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environment
