FULL DESCRIPTION

Successful candidates will be based in the company’s Sales and Marketing department, a collaborative, client facing team in the heart of the business, directly contributing to the company’s rapid expansion.

In this role, you will be:

  • Strategically cultivating suitable potential clients on Chinese internet platforms and Chinese social networking sites;
  • Designing and circulating marketing messages to attract leads;
  • Arranging and attending consultative sales meetings with potential clients;
  • Attending follow up meetings with potential clients, discussing their needs and handling objections;
  • Holding meetings to conclude sales;
  • Briefing the programme management team about new clients’ requirements;

Skills, attributes, experience and qualifications required for this post:

Essential

  • Education: Undergraduate degree or above from a recognised university;
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal ability in both English and [Employer hidden]; able to present information clearly and with confidence;
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, working under pressure;
  • Sales Orientation: Enthusiastic and target-driven approach motivated to pursue a career in Sales;
  • Experience of using social media platforms e.g. WeChat

Desirable

  • Experience of working within a customer service or in a sales environment;
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt and learn about [Employer hidden] Consulting’s programs and services to effectively explain and sell them to clients;
  • Client Focused, with a creative mind and good attention to detail;
