Job ID Fleet Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for fleet users, resolving queries and issues
- Monitor and utilise fleet tracking, maintenance and reporting systems
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs and ensure equipment levels are maintained
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations and company policies
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and our wider supply chain
- Proactively identify and mitigate hazards to contribute to a safe working environment
- Support day-to-day operations both independently and as part of a team
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working within a fleet department
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Understanding of utility industry standards and regulations
- Strong IT skills
- Willingness to travel nationally as required
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Solid understanding of health and safety practices
