Care Manager
Ensure that vulnerable people living in their own home receives high-quality care services. Ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are consistently followed. Ensure effective scheduling so that care workers may spend the designated care time to each service user. Ensure that care workers follow the agreed care and service user plans with regard to visit length and performs their duties that complies with the Fundamental Standards. As required by the Fundamental Standards, ensure that service users undertake appropriate initial assessment including health and safety assessment. To make sure that all company health and safety policies and procedures are followed at all times. And make sure service users and their informal cares are involve in care planning. To confirm that the hiring process for the company is adhered to. To make certain that the right documents are kept about hiring, training, and monitoring. To determine what training and development is required so that all employees are capable and confident in their ability to perform their duties.
