Care Co-ordinator
Communicate and coordinate with all office staff, social workers, those who receive services, and care providers. Assist in the hiring/recruiting of carers who adhere to the company’s rules and regulations. Help on a daily basis with issues that can come up between care providers and service users. Ensure that Care Workers and Service Users are properly and accurately matched. Maintain correct records for Care Workers and Service Users, record pertinent information about all new Service. Users and Care Workers, and maintain all data current. Assist with on-call responsibilities during the week, at night, and on holidays.
