Chartered Civil Engineer at Associate / Director Level
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are seeking a Chartered Civil Engineer to join and grow our infrastructure team at Associate or Director level. Based in either our York or Leeds offices, this is a strategic role for an experienced professional ready to lead projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee infrastructure projects from concept to delivery.
- Provide technical guidance on drainage, highways, and flood risk schemes.
- Support and mentor engineers working towards chartership.
- Contribute to business development and client engagement.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Chartered status (ICE or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in civil infrastructure design.
- Strong knowledge of adoptable road and sewer design, SUDS, and FRA documentation.
- Proficiency in InfoDrainage, and Civil 3D design.
