Location: Office in South London
Salary: £30,000 pro rata + annual bonus

Job Description

We have an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality resources to schools, with over 11,000 lectures covering the arts, humanities and sciences.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated person to help our Sales and Customer Success teams achieve their goals and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
The Customer Success Assistant will join a small and dynamic team of passionate people, dedicated to providing excellent teaching resources to schools and individuals around the world. This is a new role so duties will be varied with scope for progression and professional development. Full job and product training will be provided.
The successful candidate will work 2-3 days per week from our South London office, equipped with standing desks, new iMacs and plenty of healthy (and not-so-healthy) snacks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering and triaging inbound calls and live chat sessions.
- Responding to common/frequent sales and support queries via our Hubspot support platform.
- Assisting in configuring, tracking and reporting on schools with free trial access.
- Helping new customers during their onboarding process.
- Checking in with existing customers to highlight new content and features.
- Supporting the team with ad hoc admin tasks.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is incredibly well organised and can juggle a variety of ongoing tasks. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for meaningful part-time work and who wants to be part of a growing small business.
Must haves:
- Confident communicator that can converse with many different types of people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised and can work independently
- Tech-literate and able to pick up new tools quickly
Nice to haves:
- Previous customer service experience
- Prior knowledge of Education or EdTech industry
Initial interviews will be conducted via Google Meet, followed by a final interview conducted in person at our London office (near Oval tube station).
