FULL DESCRIPTION

CNC Programmer / Operator

Location: Bedford. Salary: £30k - £38k. 26 days holiday, Private Health + Benefits. Mon – Fri (8am – 4pm) – flexible options maybe available.

CNC Programmer / Operator`s requirements:

- Experienced CNC Setter / Operator - Proficient writing off-line milling programmes using Delcam PowerMill and PowerShape (2018 and 2019) and have knowledge of: Importing of geometry, Modelling of supports/fixtures, establishing tooling and clamping sequences, creating optimum cutter paths, determining optimal speeds and feeds, Posting programs to vertical milling machines, extension of geometry lines. - Experience of tightly toleranced bespoke component manufacture - Conversant with Heidenhein controls.
