You will be a leading driver of quality processes throughout the business – putting your stamp on how all processes are done to the highest standards whilst fostering a continuous improvement mentality. Due to the extremely successful product offering, the business is constantly growing and evolving whilst reshaping various industries! This is also a customer facing role, so you will manage both in-person and virtual customer audits as well as taking responsibility for supplier quality – thus this is an all-encompassing role where you will utilise all your skills and experience of both technical and commercial nature.

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline
- Recent and relevant experience in a senior quality role (e.g. Quality Manager / Deputy Quality Manager / Senior Quality Engineer) within a manufacturing environment
- Advanced Quality knowledge (e.g. APQP [inc. PPAP, FMEA], CAPA, continuous improvement, problem solving, 5S, Risk Assessment, etc.)
- Experience maintaining and developing a QMS (or contributing to the maintenance and development thereof), including its high-level structure and architecture, balancing multiple stakeholders’ inputs and interests.
- Excellent attention to detail goes without saying, thus experience of technical writing and drafting formal quality documentation would be required.
- Experience managing customer audits, and conducting supplier audits (both onsite and remote)
- Capability to respond to order fulfilment priorities in scheduling and planning quality activities (e.g. inspection, etc)
- Knowledge and experience within plastic injection moulding or PCB assembly processes would be a distinct advantage.
