FULL DESCRIPTION

Electronics Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Design Engineer who has a strong background in embedded systems development, including analogue and digital electronic design, development of embedded Linux, RTOS and bare metal applications for a variety of cutting-edge technology development projects.

Requirements of the Electronics Design Engineer:

  • 2.1 or above degree in Electronics or closely related equivalent.
  • Strong skills in analogue and digital circuit design, firmware and embedded systems development, ideally for ultra-low power electronics.
  • Experience working on the development of complex embedded electronics such as defence / security applications and/or medical devices.
  • Experience of full product development lifecycle from concept generation to prototypes through to design and implementation.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of microcontrollers and/or microprocessors technologies including a broad range of peripherals and interfaces.
  • Confidence presenting and explaining complex engineering concepts to both a technical and non-technical audience.
  • Due to the nature of some of the projects you must be eligible for UK security clearance.

Salary: £50k - £90k (depending on experience) + Excellent Bens and bonus
