The Role
As a Day Shift Care Assistant you’ll:
- Work between 07:45 and 20:00 in a fixed 2-week rota with alternate weekends (no split shifts).
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred care under the guidance of our Nurses and Senior Carers.
- Support residents with personal care, daily living activities, companionship and dignity.
- Use our modern picture-based electronic care-records system — full training and a dedicated mentor provided.
- Join a friendly, stable team environment where your impact is visible and valued.

- Previous care home experience helpful but not essential — full training given.
