We are recruiting for Senior Electronics Engineer to join one of the UK’s most prestigious R&D Technology innovation companies. We are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer who is an innovator with wide and deep knowledge in analogue and digital electronics design. You will get a kick out of finding new ways to do things and challenge the norm. You will join a friendly and motivated R&D development team working in a state-of-the-art R&D facility. You will be an integral member of the team leading on electronics design, using your expert technical and leadership skills to drive forward development projects and offer guidance needed to achieve project targets and goals.

Senior Electronics Engineer requirements

Essential:

  • Good academic track record with a degree or postgraduate qualification in electronics, engineering, or a related subject.
  • Recent and relevant experience in full lifecycle electronics design
  • A hands-on passion for designing both analogue and digital circuits
  • Passionate about learning new electronic technologies
  • Proven FPGA hardware design experience and with VHDL/ Verilog programming beneficial
  • Simulation of designs using Spice and/or RF simulators beneficial
  • RF design, test and compliance to 6GHz would be advantageous.
  • Previous work on Energy Harvesting would be advantageous.
