THE POSITION
We are currently looking for a talented individual based on the Isle of Arran to complement our existing team across Scotland.
Previous, demonstrated experience of working within sales and valuing residential property is highly desirable. You must possess the tenacity and ability to close sales deals effectively.
It is essential that you are a resident of the Isle of Arran, with vast local knowledge. Access to your own transportation is also essential, as is the flexibility to work hours to suit the demands of the business and clients’ requirements.
Main responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate valuations of residential properties
- Relaying a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the Scottish property market
- Delivering persuasive presentations of our unique services to clients
- Self-generating business leads from your own initiative and effective networking
- Being passionate about delivering outstanding customer service with honesty and integrity
- Responding promptly to email, telephone and system-generated enquiries
- Completing accurate and appealing property text and assisting colleagues with innovative marketing solutions to best showcase your clients’ properties
Salary and commission are competitive, and the overall remuneration package will be dependent on experience.
