About the Role

• Observing, monitoring and recording patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight. • Communication with patients, relatives and carers. • Assisting with clinical duties. • Personal care including infection prevention and control, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety. • Promoting positive mental/physical/nutritional health with patients. • Checking and ordering supplies.

Requirements

• Non UK citizen - Right to work Documents (Passport, BRP, Share Code) • UK citizen (Passport/Birth certificates) • Enhanced Updated DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)/PVG • Mandatory Training Certificates (Face to face Moving and Handling of People Certificate) • Proof of NI (National Insurance Number) • Proof of Covid vaccination • Proof of Address • Proof of Bank Details • A Clear picture of the candidate for the profile • 1-6 Month's UK experience working in a professional care home
