FULL DESCRIPTION

A Registered General Nurse is needed to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. They will administer medications, monitor vital signs, perform diagnostic tests, assist with admissions and discharges, educate patients, collaborate with teams, and maintain accurate records.

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administering medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
  • Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
  • Performing diagnostic tests and analyzing results to provide accurate patient assessments.
  • Assisting with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Educating patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive healthcare practices.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective and coordinated patient care.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Adhering to legal, ethical, and professional nursing standards.
