Key Responsibilities
- Carry out care calls as part of the role, ensuring compassionate, person-centred care delivery.
- Support the growth and development of the business, contributing to service improvement and expansion.
- Complete, review, and maintain accurate care plans and risk assessments.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for care staff and new trainees (including trainee courses or similar).
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Provide support and supervision to care staff, promoting best practices and professional development.
- Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Must have own car and must be able to drive.
- Previous experience in a senior care or deputy manager role preferred.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A caring, professional, and proactive approach to supporting both clients and staff.
