We’re looking for a Night Healthcare Assistant to work at one of our care homes. We want someone who brings calm, kindness and presence. Someone who knows how to help people feel safe and settled, even in the small hours.

What Your Night Could Look Like
Nights are peaceful but important. Here’s what your shift might include:
- Help residents settle in with warmth, dignity and care
- Check in gently and respond to any needs overnight
- Offer quiet comfort such as a drink, a pillow, or a kind word
- Keep rooms clean and restful with fresh sheets, light snacks and calm spaces
- Support residents who wake or need help to rest
- Write clear handover notes so everyone stays in the loop

- You’re calm, patient and dependable, especially in quiet moments
- You treat people with dignity and kindness, no matter the hour
- You’re a good listener with a gentle, reassuring presence

- You’re happy to learn and open to feedback
- Care experience or NVQ Level 2 is helpful, not essential
