WORKING AT [Employer hidden]

As a graduate at [Employer hidden], you’ll have the opportunity to gain experience across all three arms of our business: Highway Engineering, Infrastructure Management and Water Engineering. You may be involved in such tasks as developing local flood risk plans, sustainable drainage concept designs, lifecycle and investment plans, and low-emission neighbourhoods.

You’ll also receive exposure to all stages of our projects, from inception to completion. This means you can engage in business development, develop project management skills, and attend client meetings and site visits. Our team will mentor and support you through your professional development to help you meet your career objectives. This includes chartership through our formal training agreement with ICE, and active partnerships with CIWEM and CIHT.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

You should have completed, or be in the process of completing, a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline. As minimum, [Employer hidden] requires a final or expected grade of 2:1 (or an equivalent score). We will also consider postgraduate Masters degree students.
