IT Manager
An established international retail brand is hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver business-critical, cross-functional technology projects.
Required Experience:
- Strong track record of managing technology projects in multi-site retail or hospitality environments
- Experience delivering customer-facing systems (eg, POS, kiosks) and internal platforms (eg, ERP)
- Effective at managing cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
- Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches
- Strong financial acumen - experience managing project budgets
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full life cycle of business transformation and IT projects
- Drive delivery across both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Oversee stakeholder alignment across multiple departments and regions
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and budget controls
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams and external vendors to ensure project success
