Shop Supervisor
We are seeking a highly motivated Shop Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining store standards, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and reduce discrepancies.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor staff performance, schedule shifts, and manage attendance.
- Handle cash register operations, process payments, and ensure accurate reconciliation.
- Implement promotional activities and merchandising strategies to boost sales.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze store performance, and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely stock deliveries.
