M365 Solutions Specialist

About the Role

As an M365 Solutions Specialist, you'll work closely with business stakeholders and the Global IT community to design and implement high-quality solutions that drive productivity and process improvement. You'll collaborate with the M365 team and Digital Workplace Lead to deliver technical implementations, champion best practices, and explore new ways to leverage the Microsoft 365 suite.

What You'll Do

• Deliver technical implementations and champion M365-based solutions.
• Design and deliver SharePoint solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Research and innovate around M365 productivity and process improvement.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and support colleagues across Global IT.

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and configuration.
• Experience with PowerShell, PowerApps, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Microsoft 365 certifications (or working towards).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving skills.
