We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join one of our clients based in Birtley. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate. The role involves manual handling and lifting of materials, so applicants must be physically fit. You will also be expected to work towards daily targets.

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join one of our clients based in Birtley. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
The role involves manual handling and lifting of materials, so applicants must be physically fit. You will also be expected to work towards daily targets.
Key Duties:
- Working on a fast-paced production line
- Machine operating
- Packing items into boxes
- Quality checking
- Meeting daily targets
- Adhering to all safety requirements
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience working continental shift patterns
- Prior manufacturing or production experience
Hours & Pay: Continental shift pattern: 4 day shifts 6:00am–6:00pm followed by 4 days off, then 4 night shifts 6:00pm–6:00am Basic pay rate: £12.27 per hour Plus shift allowance: £2.45 per shift (equivalent to £14.72 per hour) Breaks are also paid.
