Personal Assistant
An experienced and diligent Personal Assistant is needed to join a world-renowned Law Firm's London team, supporting the Banking and Finance Teams. Responsibilities include calendar management, travel arrangements, expense processing, and event support. The role requires discretion and adaptability, with a 12-month contract offered.
Duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining an understanding of the strategic direction of the business and Finance and Banking Teams’ goals
- Responsible for the proactive management of the Team calendars
- Anticipating diary/calendar changes and responds accordingly, including necessary pre-brief or debrief meetings
- Actively finds solutions to enable Directors to complete tasks or attend meetings
- Processing Directors' expenses in a timely manner
- Assisting on travel arrangements - coordinating itineraries, ensuring smooth end to end process
- Act as an ambassador for, and promote the best interests of the firm
- Working alongside other PAs to foster a good working environment
- Managing all incoming mail and external queries
- Support the planning and delivery of large office events which may include dinners or off-site activity
- Undertake other duties as may be required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the post and the needs of the organisation
- Ad hoc team support as and when needed
