The role
We’re looking for a strategically-minded and dynamic People Business Partner to join our People team in Brighton. As part of [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]’s global People function, you’ll collaborate closely with leaders across the UK business, helping shape and implement people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and an exceptional employee experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People professional with deep expertise in all aspects of the people experience including employee relations, engagement, talent, performance. You’ll be key to aligning people practices with business goals and leading key transformation and optimisation projects – both locally and globally.
What you will be doing
- Partner with UK leaders to develop and deliver people strategies that support business objectives and foster [Employer hidden]’s culture.
- Advise and support managers on people-related matters including employee relations, performance, talent, and L&D.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, including investigations, workplace disputes and resolution.
- Lead and support organisational change and transformation initiatives across teams and functions.
- Champion process improvement in our people operations to ensure we’re scalable, efficient, and impactful.
- Drive local and global projects focused on employee experience, engagement, inclusion, and operational effectiveness.
- Support and coach people managers to develop capability and career progression within their teams.This can include delivering training sessions both in person and virtually.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and ensure global programs are aligned.
- Use people data and insights to inform decisions, evaluate impact, and continuously improve.
About you
You’re an experienced People Business Partner who brings a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. You know how to build trusted relationships, influence at all levels, and navigate change with empathy and agility.
Here’s what you’ll need to thrive:.
- Strong employee relations experience and UK employment law compliance.
- Strong expertise in HR process optimisation, HRIS systems, and data analytics.
- Comfortable using data and HR systems to inform and improve.
- Skilled at balancing strategic work with operational delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in international or matrixed organisations.
- A professional HR qualification or equivalent experience.
