Key Responsibilities:

  • ✅ Conduct care assessments and develop person-centred support plans.
  • ✅ Lead and mentor Care & Support Workers to maintain high-quality care.
  • ✅ Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and quality assurance visits.
  • ✅ Provide staff training and coaching to support professional growth.
  • ✅ Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
  • ✅ Manage and resolve any care-related concerns swiftly and effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

  • - Proven experience in home care, domiciliary care, or health & social care.
  • - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • - A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential).
  • - NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
