FULL DESCRIPTION

Shape the future of our Irish Whiskey & Creams portfolio! Join QB as Senior Brand Manager and lead strategy, innovation & global growth for some of our most exciting emerging brands.

Senior Brand Manager

At [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group, we are proud to continue the legacy of Thomas Dakin, the visionary who pioneered quality English gin in 1761. Today, our award-winning portfolio spans iconic names like Greenall’s, Opihr, Thomas Dakin, The Dubliner, and Chamère, our exciting new venture in RTD cocktails.

A Taste of The Job

If you’re energised by building brands with huge potential, this is your moment. Our Irish Whiskey and Irish Creams portfolio has award-winning roots and a rapidly growing global presence, but we’re still only at the start of the journey. As Senior Brand Manager, you’ll grab the reins of brands ready to accelerate, shaping their identity and driving their expansion.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead global brand strategy and market activation. You’ll be the central brand contact for POS, E-commerce, Finance, NPD, and Procurement, and a go-to partner for our international markets. From analysing consumer insights to driving white-space innovation and developing foundational brand assets, you’ll help build and launch new Irish cream concepts and carve out long-term positioning for our emerging Irish whiskey portfolio.

It’s a role with real duality, balancing short-term commercial needs with long-term brand-building. You’ll need strong organisational skills, commercial instinct, and creative flair. Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to make a bold, lasting impact on brands that are ready for global scale.

A Flavour of the Business

We’re a unique blend, a fourteen-year-old business with more than 250 years of heritage. At [Employer hidden], we’re ambitious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about spirits. We operate lean and agile, and while we’re not perfect (yet!), we’re building something exciting, fast-moving, and full of opportunity.

Joining QB, *as we’re known to our friends*, means rolling up your sleeves, getting involved at every level, and helping us shape the future of our expanding global portfolio.

Are you up for the challenge? The Perfect Serve - A Bit About You

You’re a brand-builder and a natural leader with the entrepreneurial energy to match. With more than five years of experience crafting brand plans, whether from a big FMCG powerhouse, an SME, or both, you know how to make things happen and how to make brands matter.

You will bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in brand management and marketing strategy.
  • The confidence and charisma to champion your brands and inspire teams around you.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build meaningful relationships.
  • A hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up attitude, happy working on everything from creative briefs to brand launches to meeting the CEO.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: no challenge too big, no detail too small.
  • Strong commercial understanding combined with creative flair; you see the big picture without losing precision.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to keep teams aligned when things get lost in translation.
  • Outstanding project management skills, able to drive end-to-end initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • A passion for Irish spirits and a drive to make our Irish portfolio outperform expectations globally.
