Senior Consultant - Marketing Operations

Based in London (Hybrid), this role reports directly to the Head of Marketing, UK and will play a critical part in executing [Employer hidden] UK’s Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.

Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised, commercially-minded, and delivery-focused Senior Consultant - Marketing Operations to join [Employer hidden] UK’s high-performing marketing team. Based in London (Hybrid), this role reports directly to the Head of Marketing, UK and will play a critical part in executing [Employer hidden] UK’s Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.

You will ensure ideas turn into action, initiatives are delivered on time, and cross-functional stakeholders across the UK and Denmark are aligned. This hands-on, high-impact role is for someone who thrives on delivery, enjoys working with different stakeholders, and can manage admin without getting lost in it.   • Execute GTM-related events, campaigns, and other projects designed to elevate [Employer hidden]’s profile and grow our customer base in the UK.
  • Drive events that build pipeline for business development: manage activities with senior stakeholders, track progress, remove blockers, and ensure deadlines are met across departments and countries.
  • Coordinate with marketing, commercial, and sales teams to ensure GTM initiatives, campaigns, and programmes are executed seamlessly.
  • Maintain workflows, project tracking, and tools (Notion, CRM, Teams, etc.) to support operational excellence.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across UK and Denmark, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years proven project management experience with a strong working knowledge of GTM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Client Success.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams and geographies.
  • Delivery-focused, proactive, and highly organised, with a knack for keeping initiatives moving forward.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in project management platforms, CRM, CMS, and Microsoft 365.
