FULL DESCRIPTION

My client are a fast-growing global AI company who are entering one of the most exciting phases of their growth journey. They are now looking for a Head of Marketing to elevate their brand, tell their story to the world, and lead a multidisciplinary marketing team to new heights.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with company vision and growth goals.

- Build a full-funnel marketing plan that supports brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and thought leadership.

- Oversee the marketing budget, resource planning, and performance reporting.

Brand & Creative Leadership

- Elevate the brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

- Shape the company’s narrative and communicate their story in a clear, compelling, and differentiated way.

- Lead creative direction for campaigns, visuals, and messaging.

Digital Marketing & Growth

- Own digital strategy across paid, organic, social, SEO, content, and email.

- Optimise performance marketing efforts to accelerate lead generation and pipeline growth.

- Drive analytics, attribution, and data-driven decision-making across all digital initiatives.

Content, Communications & Thought Leadership

- Oversee content strategy including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social.

- Build and strengthen the company’s presence across media, events, and partnerships.

- Act as a thought partner in shaping messaging for PR, product announcements, and executive communications.

Requirements

You must have a strong background in marketing, ideally across all areas but most importantly on the creative side. Experience working in a global role would be highly advantageous as well as within the technology and AI space.
