FULL DESCRIPTION

My client are a fast-growing AI business entering an important phase of scale. As their teams and operations grow, they are looking for a Head of People to build and lead a people strategy that supports sustainable growth while preserving their culture and values.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver a people strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and wider leadership team on all people-related matters
  • Build scalable frameworks across talent acquisition, performance management, reward, learning and development, and employee experience
  • Lead organisational design, workforce planning and change initiatives
  • Embed a high-performance, inclusive and values-led culture
  • Oversee people operations, policies and employment law compliance
  • Develop and lead the People function as the company continues to scale

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a senior People / HR leadership role, ideally within a high-growth technology or AI-led organisation
  • Proven ability to build and evolve people frameworks in scaling environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how people strategy enables business outcomes
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and people best practice
  • A collaborative, pragmatic leader with a hands-on approach
