We’re looking for Care Assistants / Care Professionals to join our friendly, supportive teams across Bedfordshire, delivering high-quality care to people in their own homes.

Drivers are essential due to the community-based nature of the role.
Pay Rates
- Bedfordshire: £13.00 – £13.67 per hour + 25p per mile
⏰ Shift Patterns
We offer flexible shifts to fit around your lifestyle:
• Day shifts: 6:00 / 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Evening shifts: 2:00 PM – 10:00 / 11:00 PM
• Weekdays & weekends
• Full-time & part-time opportunities
• Shifts available 7 days a week

Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you’ll help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes by following personalised care plans.
Your role will include:
• Personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, continence care)
• Medication support and assistance
• Meal preparation and help with eating & drinking
• Shopping and everyday practical tasks
• Light household duties (laundry, tidying, cleaning, changing beds)
• Supporting mobility and use of aids and equipment
• Providing companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
Qualifications
What You’ll Need (No Cape Required!)
No experience? No problem!
