Trainee / Entry-Level Engineering Technician

We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated recent graduates with a keen interest in engineering to join our team as Trainee / Entry-Level Engineering Technicians. This role involves supporting experienced engineers with the manufacturing and inspection of high-tolerance components, assisting in the preparation of quality documentation, and managing quality assurance for incoming and outgoing goods with full traceability. The individual will perform routine maintenance and quality checks under supervision while maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or someone with an engineering-related qualification who has a strong interest in technical or manufacturing work, excellent attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to follow instructions and work safely. Computer proficiency is required, and prior experience in a quality or inspection setting is an advantage.

A successful candidate will benefit from a four-day work week with flexible hours, allowing employees to balance their work schedule with personal needs.
