Bank staff

We are seeking bank staff to join our team to cover staff absences. You will need to be flexible and able to cover absences, sometimes at short notice. You will need to be adaptable and pro active to be able to meet the needs of our students in an ever-changing environment. The successful candidate will need to be confident in leading activities and managing behaviours on a 1:1 basis, using own initiative to extend and adapt activities to achieve positive outcomes for our students, with a child centred approach at all times. Light cleaning duties are required such as washing up art activities, wiping surfaces and hoovering/sweeping floors between sessions.
