Taunton & surrounding areas, Somerset - Residential Valuation Surveyor (Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys)

This is a full time, permanent position commencing ASAP. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Surveyor (Level 2 and 3) in our busy team based in Taunton. The role would suit a driven, qualified surveyor with at least two years PQE, who has a can-do attitude and a proven track record. It is a demanding but rewarding role, which will involve a wide range of valuation and survey work across the residential sectors covering a wide variety of town and rural properties.

The Successful Candidate Must Have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experienced in Level 2 and preferably Level 3 surveys
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • MRICS with minimum 2 years PQE
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Ability to seek and win business and develop contacts
  • Clean driving licence and own car
