We are seeking an experienced Chef/Cook to join a vibrant school kitchen team in West London. You will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals following school menus and dietary requirements
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
• Supervise and train kitchen assistants
• Manage food stock and place orders as required
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas

Requirements

• Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate
• Experience in large-scale catering or school kitchen environment
• Knowledge of allergen management and special dietary needs
• Enhanced DBS check
• Right to work in the UK
