FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead the London (Hayes) branch, focusing on operational management, sales, and customer service. Responsibilities include team leadership, customer interaction, sales order processing, stock management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.

Purpose of the Branch Manager:

We need an experienced leader to inspire and manage the operational and internal sales function of our successful London (Hayes) branch. Our operation needs someone whom can implement our company processes, motivate team members to deliver market leading service and develop sustainable profitable sales.

Location:

London (Hayes), Argent Centre, Silverdale Rd, Hayes UB3 3NB

Reporting to:

Commercial Director

Salary:

Based on experience

Responsibilities of the Branch Manager:

  • Face-to-face service at the trade counter.
  • Maintain and improve our high standards of Customer Service.
  • Liaising with sales channels.
  • Providing customers with detailed knowledge of products & support services.
  • Manage, motivate, train and develop the team as required.
  • Actively promote good team working.
  • Processing Sales and Purchase Orders; maintaining Branch records.
  • Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures in all aspects of Branch operation.
  • Maintain complete familiarity with the company ERP system to ensure accurate and efficient workflow.
  • Working closely with the Finance Team, ensure efficient collection of payments, issuing of credits and administration of warranty claims.
  • Stock Management.
  • Efficient planning and execution of delivery schedule.
  • Ensure complicity with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Supporting customers with any query that might arise.
