FULL DESCRIPTION

Seeking a patient and motivational Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities, providing support with daily activities and fostering their potential. The role involves engaging with residents, assisting with meals, and taking an interest in their families.

We are like chalk and cheese all very different with our own individualities but we get along like a house on fire.

You need to be really patient but have good motivational skills to prompt us when needed in a positive way. Will you join us for a singalong to the radio whilst helping us prepare our meals? (You don’t need to be Justin Bieber).

We like you to take an interest in our families as you may speak to them on the phone or when they visit.

We like a variety of TV shows including reality tv, soaps, old films and sport.
