Essential Skills & Experience: • Proven success in B2B sales and winning new business • Track record of growing client accounts and exceeding revenue targets • Knowledge of technology, consulting, or talent services • Ability to navigate and influence senior stakeholders • Highly organised, proactive, and data-driven • Strong collaboration skills across sales, delivery, marketing, and operations
Desirable Skills & Experience: • Experience with clients in data, AI, digital, or technology transformation • Knowledge of private sector industries such as Retail, Media, Transport, Energy, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Pharma • Understanding of delivery models including consulting, SOW, and managed services
