Now, we’re looking for a Global Microsoft Practice Director to build, scale, and lead our Microsoft practice globally—with a focus on Azure, AI/ML, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot. The Opportunity This is a senior leadership role with a global remit, where you will: • Shape and execute our Microsoft practice strategy across industries. • Build repeatable, industry-specific solutions on Azure and Copilot. • Drive joint go-to-market plays with Microsoft and key ecosystem partners like Databricks and Snowflake. • Create and commercialise defensible IP that differentiates us in the Microsoft ecosystem. • Position our consultancy as a global leader in Microsoft Data & AI transformation. What You’ll Do • Lead and grow the Microsoft practice P&L worldwide. • Launch industry-ready Microsoft solutions (e.g., AI copilots for banking, predictive maintenance for manufacturing). • Drive co-sell revenue growth through Microsoft marketplace offerings and strategic alliances. • Secure executive sponsorship across Microsoft and strengthen our top-tier partner status. • Train, enable, and inspire teams globally while raising our external profile as a thought leader in Microsoft AI. What We’re Looking For • Significant years of leadership experience in Microsoft alliances, cloud consulting or practice management. • Proven track record of scaling global Microsoft practices with measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. • Deep expertise in Azure AI, Copilot, Fabric, Power Platform, and modern data architectures. • Strong Microsoft network, with the ability to influence at C-level internally and externally. • Commercially minded leader with experience creating IP-led, repeatable Microsoft solutions.
