I think you need to have a really happy disposition and be willing to get stuck in and be part of a good team. My role at [Employer hidden] is meeting and greeting the customers making sure that they've got a really good experience when they walk through the door. I enjoy talking to the customers. That's what I love about my job at [Employer hidden], making sure everybody's happy getting what they want. I like working with the staff. We're all different ages. We have a really good team spirit. We all get on really well. My role at [Employer hidden] is slightly different than the crew members because as customer experience leaders, we need to step up and make sure that the restaurant is ready for the customers and make sure everybody's happy.
