Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care (East London)
£15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a range of clients in East London. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own homes. This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.
Clinical Requirements
- Oxygen saturation monitoring
- Suctioning
- Airway management
- Cough assist
- Ventilation support
- PEG/JEJ management
- Epilepsy management
- Moving and handling
- Personal care
- Medication support
Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.
Shifts Available
- Weekend day shifts
- Weekend night shifts
- 12-hour shift or shorter calls
- Driver requirements if applicable
- Regular pattern (e.g., every Saturday and Sunday)
What the Role Involves
- Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
- Supporting with community access and social activities
- Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
- Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
- Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams
Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.

- Experience supporting people with complex needs
- Confidence with clinical tasks (or a willingness to train)
- Strong communication and reliability
- Empathy, emotional intelligence and person-centred values
- Ability to work independently and professionally

Compliance Requirements
All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, Right to Work verification and full CQC/Schedule 3-compliant onboarding.
Referral Bonus
- £150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer
- £250 for every Registered Nurse you refer
Paid once your referral completes 150 hours.
