We are looking for talented chefs to join [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]’s new restaurant concept coming to The Plaza building, Nord.

[Employer hidden] is an award-winning independent hospitality group based in Liverpool and Manchester. Since launching in 2009, and have been integral in transforming the hospitality scene in Liverpool and Manchester. Their new concept is coming to the business district and is a celebration of northern hospitality and is a feature of accessible yet exceptional quality food by incorporating British ingredients with Stockholm inspirations. The restaurant will offer a relaxed dining experience to guests and provide a sense of warmth and comfort.

This role is best suited for experienced chefs who are willing to work alongside a team who are passionate about regional produce and a menu that celebrates Northern heritage. We are looking for someone who has experience in top, high quality restaurants and are focused on producing excellence.
