Key Deliverables
- Developing and validating the Platform Test Procedure (PTP) and its associated study file to ensure proper functionality of I&C systems in the test bay for the SPPA-T2000 S7 operational control system.
- Creating the Sufficiency Analysis Note (SAN) and its study file to verify comprehensive test coverage of assigned safety functions.
- Preparing the System Commissioning Programme (SCP) and its related study file.
- Drafting Commissioning Procedures (CP) and their corresponding study files.
Project Execution & Delivery
- Reviewing project data and confirming internal organization with the Discipline Lead, including budget, timeline, and approval processes.
- Identifying key stakeholders and required resources.
- Assessing input data maturity against RC2 CS2 configurations and anticipated changes.
- Gathering operational experience feedback (OPEX) from similar projects.
- Documenting risks in the risk register and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Conducting pre-job briefings and kickoff meetings.
- Opening and maintaining study files throughout the project lifecycle.
- Producing high-quality deliverables in line with engineering procedures, incorporating lessons learned from previous EPR projects.
- Coordinating review processes to ensure deliverables meet required standards and address feedback.
- Overseeing commissioning deliverables prepared by third parties (e.g., contractors) to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Continuously updating the study file to reflect project progress and findings.
- Supporting I&C function tests (PTP) at the test bay in France, including assessment of test results.
- Monitoring and reporting project progress against the established timeline and budget.
- Updating the risk register as needed.
- Securing final approval of PTP, SAN, SCP, and CP deliverables from relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring all deliverables and study files are properly stored in the EDM (Electronic Document Management) system.
Your role will be guided by design documentation, engineering standards, commissioning processes, and feedback from other EPR projects, ensuring a high level of technical excellence and compliance.
