Human Resources Manager
This HR Manager role is ideal for someone looking to lead a full HR function and shape people and culture in a growing organisation. It combines strategic thinking with hands-on involvement, giving genuine influence across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide generalist HR support and advice to managers and employees - Lead, motivate and develop the HR team - Oversee Health & Safety and Hospitality teams - Design and deliver the company's HR strategy - Coach managers to ensure consistent, effective people practices - Support policy development and ongoing process improvement - Manage workforce planning and all recruitment stages - Own the performance management cycle, contributing to succession planning - Lead on employee relations, organisational change and compliance - Monitor HR performance and provide KPI-based insights - Support delivery of group-wide HR projects
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading an HR function with strategic and operational responsibilities - Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice - Confident managing and developing teams - Skilled at coaching and influencing stakeholders at all levels - Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven reporting - Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills - Able to manage sensitive situations with balance and confidence - Degree-qualified with MCIPD (or equivalent experience)
