Are you an experienced Business Development Manager looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established UK sales team within the high-performance door sector. The role is fully remote within the UK, with occasional travel to a central UK office required.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering agreed targets, developing new opportunities, and maintaining excellent customer relationships while ensuring the successful execution of sales plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across targeted high-performance door market sectors, working collaboratively with internal sales teams and achieving agreed KPIs.
  • Review customer enquiries, prepare competitive quotations using a CRM system, and actively follow up to secure orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and key industry stakeholders to maximise market opportunities.
  • Conduct site surveys, ensure accurate transfer of information to operational teams, and support the development of strategic sales plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and product developments to strengthen proposals and increase brand awareness.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong knowledge of the high-performance door market and relevant product types.
  • Excellent numerical skills, with experience in cost calculations, pricing, and data analysis.
  • Proven experience in a sales-driven, customer-focused role, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project coordination, with the ability to prepare presentations and analyse technical specifications.
