Role Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual Business Consultant to join our team to provide strategic and operational support to our clients. This position will cover maternity leave for a key team member, with a strong possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate. The role will focus on client advisory, business planning, and market expansion, particularly within the Turkish-speaking business community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Advisory: Work directly with business owners to understand their challenges and goals. Offer tailored advice on operations, financial planning, business structure, and compliance.
• Strategy Development: Design and deliver business strategies for clients aiming to grow, restructure, or enter new markets, especially between the UK and Turkey.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and regulatory environments (UK & Turkey). Translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Business Planning: Assist clients in preparing business plans, investment proposals, and financial models.
• Client Acquisition & Networking: Identify and engage potential clients within the Turkish-speaking community in the UK. Attend business forums and community events to grow our client base.
• Compliance & Legal Guidance: Advise clients on Turkish corporate law and tax regulations, helping them stay compliant when operating across borders.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed client reports, performance analyses, and strategy proposals for internal and external use.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Fluent in Turkish and English (both spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business consulting, management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial planning, and market strategy
• Familiarity with Turkish Tax Law and Corporate Law is essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Existing network within the Turkish-speaking business community in the UK or Turkey is highly desirable

Details:

Salary: £35,000-£40,000– based on experience

Location: Chelmsford, London

Hours: 30 hours per week

Contract: 1 year– Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover), with potential for permanent hire
