As an Account Manager you'll enjoy connecting with people, building meaningful partnerships and shaping long‑term client success, this role offers the perfect balance of challenge, support and progression.

The role begins with developing new client relationships through outreach and prospecting. As your accounts grow, you’ll shift into a trusted advisor role guiding clients, understanding their needs and helping them achieve the best outcomes with our solutions.

Starting from £25,000 + uncapped commission + industry training and development

Responsibilities

  • Building new client relationships through outreach, networking, and lead generation
  • Engaging confidently with decision‑makers and turning prospects into long-term clients
  • Excited by cold calling and winning new accounts
  • Acting as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring they receive an excellent experience
  • Identifying additional solutions and services that support client goals
  • Working collaboratively with vendors, partners and internal teams
  • Setting and achieving clear, rewarding growth goals

Experience

  • Experience in new business sales / account management / B2B / B2C
  • Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in technology is helpful but not required
