Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support, ensuring  that the service meets and surpasses CQC standards.
  • Foster a safe and comfortable environment for clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, providing companionship and emotional support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.

  • Respond calmly and efficiently to emergency situations, following established protocols.
  • Promote the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the care sector is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the UK and provide the necessary documentation for verification.
